Polka Dot Nail Art Tutorial

Day 11 of 31 day challenge: Polka Dot nails

Dotty nails are mega easy, look fabulous and best of all you can use household items to do it.

For this tutorial you will need:
- Top and Base nail varnish
- Base colour nail varnish
- 3 contrasting nail varnishes
- Dotting tools

First off undercoat your nails with your base nail varnish.
Once dry apply your base colour.
I am using Barry M grey.

Splodge your nail varnish on to a paper plate.
Take the dotting tool and create larger dot to the tip of your nail then small to no dot toward the cuticle - like the dots are fading.
Start with one colour gradually build up the dots.

I am using Barry m black, Rimmel nail tip whitener and Avon starry sky.
when you dots have fully dried apply a shiny top coat to protect your design.

* Don't have a dotting tool?... You can use a blunt pencil ,the end of a hair grip or blunt the end of a tooth pick.
