Silica Complex Nail Vitamins

For the last couple of weeks i have been taking Silica Complex vitamins daily to help improve my nail quality. The same vitamins are also good for your hair and skin which is an added bonus.

Although i haven't really seen much of an improvement with my skin my hair and nails are looking and feeling much healthier .

 

My nails often become brittle at the ends or annoyingly snap really easily . Since taking the tables i have notice a massive improvement. My nails seems stronger and growing quicker than normal.

 

I picked the vitamins up from my local Holland and Barretts shop for around £12.50.

The container hold 120 capsules which is approximately 4 months worth of use. Complete Bargain!

The tablet are quite large ,as seen on one of the pictures, so if you have trouble taking your average paracetamol maybe these tables aren't right for you. The tablets don't really taste of much they seems to be coated.



When i read the label  i was quite put off when it stated the vitamins contained horse tail. Stupidly i didn't realise that in fact it is a herb so don't be put off it you see that. The Vitamins are vegan and vegetarian friendly.
